We stand behind the quality of our products and hope you love them as much as we do! While we don’t offer returns, we will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

To begin an inquiry, include your order number and email pictures of your item to support@fonsetgroup.com. A member of our team will be in touch shortly.

Made-to-Order Items

Upon receiving your order, we immediately begin processing your purchase, and any changes during the fulfillment process result in lost time and materials. We ask that you finalize all order modifications within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, there is a 25% order modification fee. Order modifications requested after 14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
