Items may arrive separately and be delivered through different carriers or delivery services. Each product has a unique lead time (shipping time frame) and are subject to change. Once an item is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information and delivery information.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notate it at the time of delivery on the agent's Proof of Delivery form if applicable. To begin an inquiry, include your order number and email pictures of your item to support@fonsetgroup.com. A member of our team will be in touch shortly.
